Essay

Policy of the USA toward Іraq in 1990-2003 has been investigated in this dissertation. The reasons why Iraqi issue emerged in the system of international relationship has been established; and the basic stages of its' evolution in context of new World order formation has been contemplated. The mechanisms of policy development by American authority towards Iraq has been showed; and discussion which around Iraq issue occurred has been covered. Significant consideration to differences in views on foreign-policy course toward Baghdad between G. Bush-Sr., W. Clinton, and G. Bush-Jr. presidential administrations has been given.
