Object of research - the process of regional competitive advantages forming through creative clusters founding. Goal - оrganizational and economic providing of interregional artcraft textile clusters. Research methods - induction, deduction, comparison and systematization; multivariate statistics, regression, DEA analysis, systematic approach, modeling, generalization. The thesis is devoted to the developing of new conceptual approaches to optimization of cultural and creative resources use with the cluster model application and organizational and economic support of interregional folkcrafts clusters elaboration in the context of complex regional development stimulating. Organizational and economic mechanism of interregional textile crafts cluster „Ecological perspective” formation via using the principles of branch cooperation and integrated assessment of resource base is elaborated, which helped justify the perspectives of creative crafts based cluster implementation as one of the regional development strategic priorities is offered.
