Research object: investment activity on territories of priority development. Purpose: deepening of methodological principles and ground of practical receptions of analysis and estimation of investment activity on territories of priority development and determination of directions of increase to its efficiency. Methods: statistical grouping, dynamic comparisons, graphic image, system analysis, economic-mathematical design. Novelty: the method of evaluation of having a special purpose efficiency of investment projects is first offered, the methodical going to the estimation of economic efficiency of investment projects in the conditions of territories of priority development is improved. Sphere of the use: in activity of State Tax Administration of Ukraine, Academy of Financial Management of Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
