Nezdoyminov S. Directions and forms of recreation and tourism development in the region at the basis of entrepreneurial activity activation

A studying object is a process of development and activation of entrepreneurial activity in the tourist-recreation sphere of a region. The goal is the development of theoretic-methodical bases and practical recommendations concerning determination of strategic directions of development of territorial forms of recreation and tourism based on entrepreneurial activity as a component system of an organizational-economic mechanism of management and competitiveness diminishing of a tourist-recreation complex of a region. The methods are a dialectical method of cognition, systematical and program-goaling approaches, modern theories of regional economy and management. Theoretical and practical results are a developed conceptual approaches to the directions determination of the recreation and tourism development in the local districts of a tourist region based on entrepreneurial activity activation by creation of the cluster territorial-production forms of a rural tourism the purpose which is a socio-economic development of region, reproducing of productive forces. The introduction area is Odessa's city Council, Odessa State Economic University, Odessa regional agricultural consultancy service "Center of development and legal village's support". The field of implementation is a regional economy, entrepreneurial activity, higher school.
