Essay

The family Juncaceae includes 39 species in the flora of Ukraine. The taxonomical status of species of the family Juncaceae was revised. We consider Juncus minutulus (Albert et Jahand.) Prain as a synonym of J. bufonius L. and J. fominii Zoz as a synonym of J. soranthus Schrenk. The morphology of plants was studied, ultrastructure of seeds was investigated. Analysis areas of distribution Juncaceae species and ecological analysis were carried out.
