Prokopets M. Industrial enterprises' power consumption modes control by using the resource of technological process

The thesis is devoted to the problem of industrial enterprises' power consumption modes control in the conditions of the differentiated tariffs on electric energy. For increasing the control efficiency, it is suggested to use a resource, related to the technological process of the mainline. The systematic analysis of the generalized technological process' power consumption was accomplished and its conceptual model was built. The construction methods of the technological processes' mathematical models for the mentioned automated control systems were developed. The models allow redistributing power consumption of the process on a time interval of the technological cycle. A method of controlling the power consumption of technological processes that allows the tracking of energy process in a real time was developed. A power consumption control method of the oil pipelines operating areas was improved. The method allows adopting the power consumption irregularity of the oil pipelines operating areas to the conditions of the differentiated tariffs on electric energy. The methods of dynamic and discrete programming were used in formulating and solving the optimization problems. The scientific and applied results that have been got were used at operating area of main oil pipeline "Gomeltransneft "Druzhba".
