It was devoted to the methodology improvement of magnetic modelling, compiling and interpretation of the detailed 3D magnetic models of perspective diamond-bearing structures, the development of geomagnetic criteria of the diamond- bearing of the Earth's crust. A theoretical magnetic model of kimberlitе (lamproitе) pipe is presented. Obtained 3D magnetic models of the Zeleniy Gay, Hruzkiy and Schorsovskiy areas (1:10 000) of the Ingul megablok of the Ukrainian Shield allows to specify the structure and composition of the upper Earth's crust and to establish promising of the studied areas.
