Essay

The work is devoted to the study pulse stabilization process at welding of corrosion-resistant steels by alternative current. On the base obtained results of carried out research namely knowledge about welding arc properties in alternating current circuits, about external characteristics of power source and their influence upon burning arc stability, about interdependence of power source electromagnetic parts parameters and condition of welding arc burning, scientific problem of process and equipment optimization has been solved. New approach allowing to determinate the external characteristics of welding arc power source by alternating current taking into account an open angle of electronic keys and to analyze of influence of external characteristics image upon welding arc burning stability has been purposed. The techniques of mathematic modeling of electrical circuits with the arc allowing not only study the dynamics of these circuits and their stability but also investigate an influence of stabilizing pulses upon welding process have been developed. Mode optimization of pulse stabilization of alternating current welding arc allowing significantly reduce the open circuit voltage of welding transformer. Optimization of electromagnetic parts of alternating current welding arc power source opens the outlook of development of power source for welding of corrosion-resistant steels under the assembly conditions.
