Essay

An object of the research is a process of information protection in computer systems and networks. The goal is to increase effectiveness of steganographical security supposed to be stable to active attacks in computer systems and networks (CSN). During the research were used: power-theoretic approach, syndrome coding methods, basis transform methods, optimization methods, statistical analysis methods, classification methods. As a result of the research were developed theoretical positions, algorithmic and software means for information steganographical security provided under active attack circumstances in CSN. In the thesis proposed generalized models of the image steganography basis-coefficient-embedding process, improved wavelet-coefficient BCH-pattern embedding method, developed wavelet-coefficient table-based pattern embedding method, proposed new criterion of steganographical stableness under active attack circumstances, developed adaptive image wavelet coefficient pattern-based embedding method on the basis of proposed criterion. Practice degree is measured by field borders. Sphere of use could include enterprises and institutions involved in steganographical protection systems development.
