Essay

The dissertation is devoted the increase of reliability and longevity of non - conformal knots of friction with the point form of contact due to the improvement of them tribotechnical descriptions on the basis of selection of factious composition of lubricating materials and establishment of dynamics of forming of thickness of lubricating layer in fully flooded and starved conditions. For implementation of researches the interference method of determination of thickness of oily tape was used, which allows to get the fundamental presentation of terms of painting between resilient surfaces. In work influence of operating factors is considered on the dynamics of forming of thickness of oily tape. Set conformities to law of kinetics of change of reological descriptions of olils of the different operating setting. The mathematical model is offered in this work and gives an opportunity to predict the reliability of tribomechanical system on the principle of regression equation, which determines the dynamic of forming of thickness of oily layer depending on operating and construction factors.
