Phase equilibria in Mg-В-О triple system have been studied. The results of experimental researches have been used for finding of unknown parameters in the phenomenological phases models which compete at high pressures. Thermodynamic calculation has been executed and for the first time the state diagrams of Mg-В double system and B-Mg-MgO triple system at pressures 2 GPa have been built. The area of crystallization of magnesium diboride was found. Basing on the information obtained from the analysis of state diagram of the system B-Mg-MgO and experiment it has been found that in a wide range of the changes of magnesium and bore content ratio in the initial mixtures under high pressures material is superconductive.
