Essay

The research object is the process of digital measuring electric sizes in the computer systems of electric power accounting. The aim of the research is increasing measurement exactness in computer systems of commercial accounting of electric power through perfection of digital methods of measuring electric sizes. The research methods are: electric chains theory; theory of dependencies renewal using empirical data and extremal lump interpolation of regression function; non-trivial theoretical methods of re-magnetification processes modelling; theory of probabilities and mathematical statistics; theory of multiprocessor computer systems designing; theory of managing distributed bases. The theoretical results are as follows: new digital methods are elaborated for compensating errors, which arise during measuring electric power as a result of mutual influence of measuring channels, non-simultaneity of electric power components measuring and non-linearity of measuring transformers. The practical results are as follows: a multifunctional microprocessor device for electric power accounting is worked out and introduced into practice which is a basic component of computer systems of commercial account of electric power. The scientific novelty: it is for the first time shown that the error of results of measuring depends on the quantum of discretization of instantaneous values of currents and tensions and their spectral composition at different phases change angles; it is shown that the error of electric power averaging on finite time intervals, which is predefined by non-simultaneity of measuring, decreases substantially according to at the periodic change of sequence of measuring instantaneous values of currents and tensions. The level of practical introduction: the research results are inculcated in serial devices and computer-assisted systems of commercial and technical electric power account at the enterprises of Ukraine. The sphere (industry) of using: gas-pumping stations of gas pipelines, metal and coke works.
