Essay

Qualification work is devoted to the development of the electrode metal transfer controlling method at arc welding with impulsive electromagnetic affects based on pulsed axial magnetic controlling fields. The dependence between electrode metal transfer parameters and characteristics of pulsed magnetic controlling fields for arc welding by consumable electrodes is defined. It is established that the application of impulsive electromagnetic affects provides the reduction of porosity weld's level and more symmetric forming of their outer surface at welding in the different attitude position.
