The thesis is devoted to actual problems of deeping intra- and interregional economic integration. In work explored the theoretical foundations of economic analysis of integration processes, summarized the various scientific approaches to study this phenomenon, consider various types of such relations and the level at which they occur. A systematic review of existing methodological approaches to assess the level of integration processes between the regions have done and the possibility of their use in domestic conditions is considered. Analyzed the overall level of interregional and intraregional production integration studied forms of integration of business structures. The influence of competition on the creation and functioning integrated business structures is proved. In order to identify potential towards integration in the region used a series of mathematical methods. As a result, the method of detection conditions for the formation of (deepening) the intra- and inter-regional integration was proposed.
