Essay

On the basis of the foreign sources for the first time in the Ukrainian historiography this dissertation focuses on the role of the Polish state in the international relations of the Central-and-Eastern Europe after WWI as well as on the foreign policy in the difficult circumstances of the Europe between wars. The study grounds the periodisation of the investigated stage of Poland renewal, the process of its sovereignty and international recognition, the formation of the foreign policy and its realisation, the main tendencies and events. The thesis analyses the main stages of the boundaries establishment, policy of the forced territory accumulation, its specific peculiarities and problems.
