Gurenko A. Regional strategy formation of knowledge-based small and medium business development

Object of research are developments of the high technology small and average business as making market environment on macro- and mesolevels. The purpose of dissertational work is formation of conceptual bases of regional strategy of development of the high technology small and average business in the conditions of market economy of Ukraine. Research methods: is the abstract-logic and system analysis, the institutional approach, analytical and logic generalization, the graphic and comparative analysis. Scientific novelty of the received results consists in formation and introduction of theoretical and methodical bases of strategic planning of development of the high technology small and average business in the conditions of expansion of modern directions of scientific and technical progress. For the first time conceptual bases of strategic development of the high technology small and average business in region are formulated and proved; the device, ordering of developments of small and average business taking into account features of scientific and technical progress and standards of information of a society, definition and adaptation of criteria of an estimation of the high technology small and average business are improved conceptually-categorical; had the further development definition of the state and regional levers of development of the high technology small and average business, a substantiation of existing features of development of the high technology small and average business in industrial Donetsk region, ordering of processes and problems of development of the high technology small and average business in global, state, regional and local directions and bases of formation of a multilevel policy of support of the high technology small and average business in regions.
