Rybak O. Organizational and economical guarantee of small business development in the region

The subject of investigation is the process of development of small-scale entrepreneurship in the region. The purpose of investigation is the generalization of theoretical and practical recommendations, the development of scientific regulations and suggestions of directions of improving the organizational and economic support of development of small-scale entrepreneurship in the region. The methods of research are abstract and logical, economic and statistic methods as well as methods of comparison, grouping, ranking, matrix calculation, questioning. The practical importance of obtained results consists in that the main regulations of the dissertation to some extent are the contribution to the development of small-scale entrepreneurship which is observed from the position of its role and importance for the region, the improvement of organizational economic support of its development and providing the feedback between the entities at the regional level. The scientific novelty of obtained results is that first the conceptual basic of the program of industrial priorities in the development of small-scale entrepreneurship has been offered. The approaches to the estimation of activity status appeal for small-scale entrepreneurship in the regions; methodical approaches to the selection of regional industrial priorities in the development of small-scale entrepreneurship; the process of formation of organizational support promotion to the development of small-scale entrepreneurship on the basic of the usage of information system interaction of all the participants at the regional level, have been improved. The justification of role of small-scale entrepreneurship in the development of the regions on the basis of the system approach; the regional principles of development of small-scale entrepreneurship as the basic requirements to the development of organizational economic conditions; the components of organizational economic support of development of small-scale entrepreneurship at the expense of changing of the order of the self-investigation effectiveness of the activities of participants of small-scale entrepreneurship; the directions and actions of economic support of development of small-scale entrepreneurship from the position of strengthening of its role in the region, the conformity with the developed goal-oriented programs, conceptions and strategies of social economic development of the region, have been further developed.
