Essay

Distribution, dynamics of numbers, nest density of the Roller (Coracias garrulus L.), the Kingfisher (Alcedo atthis L.), the Bee-eater (Meros apiaster L.) and the Hoopoe (Upupa epops L.) are presented. The most diversited species composition of the order Coraciiformes wos found in natural habitats: steppe ravines, forest plantations, river coasts. All species breed in these habitats. Nest density of species are increase in erode territories. Maximum of nest density (11, 9 pair/km2) is observed in forest ravines. As place for living coraciiformes and upupiformes birds natural landscape take unconditional advantage of cultural landscape, in consequence of presence of the greater variety place of the nest. It Is Recommended attract these birds in cultural landscape as natural enemy of the vermin of the plants and protect their place of the nest.
