Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of species diversity and taxonomic structure of microfungi complex of soils in agrocenoses of oil crops in the South East of Ukraine. It was shown that total number and species composition of micromycete in the agrocenoses of oil crops depend on seasonal agroclimatic conditions, and correlate with the amount of precipitation and soil moisture. It was established that complexes of micromycete formed in the rhizosphere of oil crops, differ from background soils. During the investigations 58 species of 20 genera were discovered in background soils and 98 species of 23 genera were found in agrocenoses. Penicillium, Aspergillus, Fusarium, Acremonium, Cladosporium, Paecilomyces, Trichoderma, Verticillium genera are related to major ones. The microfungi of Penicillium, Aspergillus, Trichoderma, Fusarium, Cladosporium genera made up the basis of dominant complex in agrocenoses. An alteration of cultures in agrocenoses leads to the micromycet complex rebuilding which has an influence on the species composition change of dominant species. The application of inoculum Fusarium oxysporum f. lini Boley in soil eliminated fungi of Penicillium and Dematiaceae genera and stimulated increasing a fungi part of Aspergillus genera.
