Essay

Object: PFKFB, SNARK and circadian genes. Aim: to investigate the effects of methyl tertbutyl ether on the expression of mRNA of PFKFB and circadian genes. Methods: biochemical and molecular biology. It was found that the expression of PFKFB, SNARK and curcadian genes mRNA and alternative splicing of its pre-mRNA change in different ways under the influence of metyl tertbutyl ether in rat liver, lung and heart. New alternative splice variants of PFKFB-4 and PFKFB-2 were dicovered which are induced under the influence of metyl tertbutyl ether. Scope: Organizations of medical and biological profile.
