Research object: processes which take place in surface-water of storage pool of Basses Corner and r. Ustya. Research aim: estimation of the state of aquatic ecosystems on the indexes of biotesting. Methods: model and laboratory researches, statistical analysis, supervisions, mathematical calculation methods. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical results consist in enriching of science the new theoretical and methodological going near the decision of problem of ecological estimation of the state of surface-water r. Ustya and storage pools of Basses Corner; measures, sent to the improvement of the state of aquatic objects, are offered. Scientific novelty: the comparative estimation of quality of surface-water is first conducted on hydrochemical indexes and indexes of biotesting and the complex estimation of quality of aquatic ecosystems is worked out after the integral index of estimation of the state of aquatic ecosystems. Degree of introduction : the results of scientific researches drawn on in the educational process of the National university of aquatic economy and natural use. Job performances underlay methodical recommendations "Methodology of complex estimation of the state of aquatic ecosystem". Efficiency: the results of researches allow to estimate quality of поверзневих waters and improve the state of aquatic ecosystems.
