Vakhovska M. Optimization of material streams in regions on the foundation of logistic center’s creation

Research object: optimization of financial streams of region. Purpose: rozvitie of theoretical scientific bases and development of practical recommendations in relation to optimization of financial streams of region on principles of logistic by creation of regional logistic center. Methods: structural-logical and semantic analysis, swot-analysis, ekonomiko-statistical analysis, analysis of the systems, ekonomiko-mathematical design, method of expert estimations, methods of center of mass and unique middle, matrix method of aggregation of indexes, method of graphic visualization. Results: going is developed near quantitative determination of influence of activity of logistic center on the economy of region; improved classification of functions of regional logistic center by introduction of additional signs classifications which base, special and additional functions are selected on the basis of; method of determination of potential users of services of regional logistic center; got subsequent development going near authentication of constituents of synergistic effect from creation of logistic center in a region; method of evaluation of structure, amounts and intensities of financial streams in a region from position of their possible transformation with bringing in of services of regional logistic center; methodical tool for optimization of place of placing of logistic center in a region as a result of estimation of financial streams, methods of search of center of mass, unique middle and expert estimations.
