Essay

First the domestic original substance of diacamph was used for creating com-bined antidiabetic drug. Pharmaceutical combination of two medicinal substance is offered - diacamph and metformin for creation on their basis of antidiabetic drug. The conducted pharmacological researches are set potency of hypolipidemic, antia-therogenic and antioxidation properties of diacamph and metformin, and also decline in 5,3 times toxic properties of metformin in pharmaceutical combination with dia-camph.On the basis of complex physical, chemical and technological researches com-position is offered and rational technology of capsules of antidiabetic action which is worked in industrial terms is developed. The methods of standardization of antidia-betic drug are developed in capsules with proper validation of spectrophotometric de-termination of quantitative content of diacamph and metformin in a drug.
