Essay

The thesis is devoted to a systematic study of M1 transitions observed in the radiative decay of analog and bound states of the 2s1d-shell odd nuclei. It was confirmed that experimental values of reduced probabilities of M1 transitions between analog and antianalog states were reduced in comparison with the single-particle estimates. It was identified that the core polarization states and levels which are members of rotational bands were populated. Calculations of probabilities of M1 transitions between bound states of nuclei are performed. The shell effects in behavior of reduced probabilities of "l-forbidden" M1 transitions are found.
