Essay

Comparative evaluation of complex biochemical characteristics of the functional state of the key elements of the enzyme-membrane complex of epithelial cells of stomach and duodenum and the wall surface layer of mucus in the normal and at the conditions of experimental ulcers in rats was carried out. It was shown under conditions of stress model (gastric ulcer) in the gastric mucus observed reduction of hexozamines, galactose, fukozy, but increase n-acetyl neuraminic acid, in duodenal mucus in these conditions there was significantly higher content of all groups of monosaccharides. At cysteamine model (duodenal ulcer) our data showed an increase of the content of galactose, fucose, n-acetyl neuraminic acid, but significant decrease in amount of hexozamines. Under conditions of stress model it was first revealed diverse changes of phospholipid composition of plasma membranes of mucosal cells of the stomach and duodenum. Under cysteamine model it was shown the decrease of major phospholipids in plasma membranes of gastric mucosa and lower levels in the duodenum. It was established alternate changes of Na +, K +-ATPase of plasma membranes of the stomach and duodenum under cysteamine and stress model.
