Essay

A research object is processes of of making effective decisions in a multi-criteria and uncertainty. A research purpose is the development of formal methods, mathematical models and computational procedures for a comprehensive solution of the effective decision-making under uncertainty and multicriteria provided by fuzzy sets. The researches methods are based on the principles of systems analysis, utility theory, fuzzy set theory, the methods and ways of decision making under uncertainty and multicriteria. Theoretical and practical results to solve a wide range of tasks of decision making under uncertainty and multicriteria and to contribute to the development of the theory of the creation of decision support systems (DSS) in various areas of concern. Scientific innovations: 1) first developed a model for effective problem solving solutions in multiobjective fuzzy and interval of uncertainty, providing job weights and partial criteria in the form of fuzzy sets and deterministic values that can effectively formalize the qualitative background information, 2) first developed computational methods multicriteria decision-making under fuzzy information, providing for the calculation of interval estimates of multivariate scalar utility of alternative solutions, as well as the formation of the choice of point solutions as a compromise between the expected performance and potential losses (VaL-technology), 3) improved method for determining the interval of values of the coefficients of the relative importance of individual criteria a model of a scalar evaluate the usefulness of alternatives by considering various types of uncertainties and interval values, which, unlike existing techniques, allows you to increase the efficiency of solutions in a multi-criteria, and interval uncertainty. The scientific and practical results are introduced at the CWP Khartron Arcos and ATZS "IAS" and at the Department of Systems Engineering of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics. Scope - in organizations of Ukraine to make effective decisions in a multi-criteria and uncertainty in the educational process in the preparation in the design of information technology.
