Essay

The object is the fusion welding of dissimilar steels (10Х13Г18Д+09Г2С) on diesel car design - and trains; the goal is the improving mechanical technology fusion welding of dissimilar joints 10Х13Г18Д, which provides the high physical and mechanical properties of the compounds and their reliability; the methods are physical, mathematical, technological, optical metallography, mechanical; the novelty is the assessment of the stress-strain state; investigated: the influence of heat input, the impact of CMT process, the treatment impact on the argon arc welded connection 10Х13Г18Д+09Г2С; the austenitic weld metal was received, the practical results - the arc mechanized welding technology 10Х13Г18Д+09Г2С in the gas phase compounds was improved. The introduction of technology enabled to increase productivity by 23%; to save welding materials on 24.3% and electricity by 36%, to reduce the complexity by 25% ; to improve labor conditions. This technology is introduced at "ОАО "ХК" Luhanskteplovoz.
