In thesis the results of theoretical generalization and the new decision of a scientific task which consists of improvement of operating characteristic of Jet Final Control Sets (JFCS) at the expense of improvement static and dynamic characteristics of the electro pneumatic valve (EPV) are presented. It is reached by increasing of its throughput and speed. On the developed adequate mathematical models current pictures in the target channel are received at different positions block element, throughput of the valve, processes of opening and closing EPV. The dependence of hydrodynamic force which operates on block element of the valve from a working environment is found. Adequacy of mathematical model is confirmed by comparison of pictures of the current received by a method of visualization, and pressure distribution on a surface slot-hole diffuser with data of numerical experiment. Approximation expressions of closing time both total time of opening and closing EPV from parameters of the unloading device are received. Their optimum parities have allowed to receive minimum time of opening and closing. The technique of engineering calculation JFCS is added by the account of features improved EPV and allows to receive JFCS with higher static and dynamic characteristics.
