Essay

The object is spruce introduction in the East of Ukraine; the purpose is to give the complex estimation of introduction success of genus PICEA Dietr. species and to determine their perceptivity for creation of different special-purpose designation plantations in the East of Ukraine; methods - biometrical, forestry-taxation, selection, morphological, mathematic-statistics; the new approach - for the first time for conditions of the East of Ukraine on the basis of the technique of a complex evaluation an introduction success of genus PICEA Dietr. species developed its perceptivity of use of spruces species for establishing of plantations a different special-purpose designation is specific; the patterns of age dynamics, quantitative and quality characteristics, and reproduction intensity of provenance tests of blue spruce were detected; specificity of pollen grains germination on artificial medias at different genotypes and provenances of blue spruce is revealed; the features of geographical variability of seeds and seedlings parameters of European and Siberian spruces were detected; optimal media for in vitro propagation of four spruce species were found; the main include - the data related of growth, quality indicators, state, a forms variability and reproductive opportunities of spruces in the East of Ukraine were obtained, the methodic of a complex evaluation of o genus PICEA species introduction success is developed, perspectives using of spruce species for plantations establishing for different special-purpose designation is specific, features of geographical variability of seeds quality and growth characteristic of spruces in different age are revealed, the optimal media composition for in vitro propagation of spruces were specific; the field is forestry.
