Kulinich A. Structional and functional changes of fibronectin during pathological states

Object of investigation: plasma and cell fibronectin. Aim: to invesgate structural and functional changes of fibronectin in pathological states and to validate on the basis of it possibility of usage of new criteria for diagnostic and prognosis of diseases. Fibronectin level, fragmentation, microheterogenity, functional activity and rearrangement of blood cells on fibronectin localization and its expression in these cells changed in pathological states. Positive correlative connection between fibronectin concentration in blood and its functional activity in myeloproliferative diseases was revealed. Patterns of structural changes of fibronectin glycanes were revealed in myeloproliferative diseases of blood, heart and liver diseases. It was proved that amount of lymphocytes with intracellular localization of fibronectin in erythremia was connected with the increase of mRNA of fibronectin-1 expression in these cells.
