Essay

Object: The process of corrosion products from the destruction of labradorite. Objective: To develop new and effective means of protecting the surface of decorative stone from aggressive environment to enhance mechanical and corrosion resistance products, which is important for the mining industry and must be addressed. Methods: The theory of probability and mathematical statistics, graphical-analytical and numerical analysis, statistical analysis of results from the use of computer technology, laboratory research, economic analysis, geometric analysis and methods of computer processing of video images. Theoretical and practical results: the patterns of mechano-corrosion attack ornamental stone under the action of various aggressive media and revealed the relationship between corrosion rate and area of its external manifestations for products from labradorite, first established rapid methods for assessing the strength of remote production of ornamental stone, first created by the to improve the corrosion resistance of high decorative stone on the basis of fenolformaldegidnih oligomers modified poliviniltsetalyamy; created equipment and technological process of vacuum deposition of protective coatings on products from labradorite to protect against corrosion. Novelty: first established the relationship between the area of corrosion products from the destruction of labradorite and the directions of the dominant storm winds of months with the greatest intensity of precipitation, the first time to study changes in decorative products made of labradorite due to corrosion processes in various aggressive environments was first established the relationship between corrosion rate and the compression strength of decorative Stone, first established the relationship between water absorption and corrosion rate of labradorite, first proved the close relationship between the strength of the decorative stone on the compression and the relative area of corrosion fracture surface of labradorite. Practical research results are implemented in processes of "Korostyshevsky granite quarry and JV Iskor. Theoretical research findings are implemented in the educational process of Zhytomyr State Technological University, and Kamenetz-Podolsk Industrial College. Scope: products made of artificial stone.
