Investigational and the existent mathematical models of process of blowing of the BOF are studied, their defects are lighted up; created control model the blowing process of BOF; a possibility of significantly improving the quality of management by introducing a feedback connection by indirect methods for measuring parameters of process; algorithms of control and management of parameters of process of blowing worked out and tested from industrial data; worked out control system by the process of blowing is in a converter in composition of APCSTP which will realize a static, dynamic and closed management.
