In the present study a further development of multicriteria structured optimization method of CAS cost-functional characteristics was received using the proposed type of selection in genetic algorithm during the solution process of an extreme combinatorics task and the CAS functional characteristics estimation method was improved using fuzzy sets. To implement the proposed methods a computer system was developed which supports the process of alarm system design. To reduce the cost of communica-tion lines, a specialized controller, that communicates a large group of detectors with the central panel using two-wired network and powers them throught the same network was developed. For CAS with unsecured transmission environment a new serial inter-face was proposed that is based on selected maximum number of elements, that can be used to protect messages, their combined usage and a hidden deterministic and pseudo-random usage, that provides a reliable protection of network from detectors simulation and individual protection of alarm systems, also it does not allow an attacker to learn the detectors message in artificial attacks and allows to create traps for the attacker. Key words: multiobjective optimization methods, cost-functional analysis, morphological analysis, alarm system, fuzzy sets, genetic algorithms
