Essay

Thesis is devoted to developing and improving the methods of tolerance design and element selection taking into account external influences and cost characteristics of electronics' elements. The method of ellipsoidal tolerance regions was devised under the most unfavorable external factors combination. With developed method an array of tolerance analysis and synthesis methods application was amplified for problems of taking into account deviations of external influences coefficients. Method of tolerance and external influences coefficients assignment for minimal cost of electronic elements was developed. The method allows taking into account cost characteristic of each element. The method of parameter element selection from set of nominal values was developed. Method is using assignment of external influences coefficients and ranging of cost characteristics. Techniques of tolerance assignment and elements selection allowing external influences, cost and peculiarities of elements were developed using systems of radio-electronics devices simulation.
