Purpose: to study theoretical and methodological bases of formation and regulation of interindustrial connections in interindustrial recreation complex of the region. Object: process of formation and regulation of interindustrial connections in recreation complex of the region. Subject: the theoretical and methodological approaches to formation and regulation of interindustrial connections in recreation complex of the region. Methods: synthesis, comparison, the systematic analysis, the structural, functional, programmed methods, economics and cybernetic methods. Results:methodical approaches to the research of interindustrial connections in interindustrial recreation complex of the region are observed; the directions and mechanisms of regulation of interindustrial connections in interindustrial recreation complex of the region are considered; in particular approaches to formation of strategic sets of regional interindustrial recreation complexes development are distinguished; the choice of organization forms of regional interindustrial recreation complex enterprises integration are grounded.
