Essay

A new experimental methods have been suggested both for photonless annihilation study on the particles on-beam and calculation of isomeric ratios and average angular momenta of heavy nuclides fission fragments. A new experimental data have been obtained for the first time for many nuclei by using created methods. The comparison of the experimental data with the theoretical values has been done.
