Essay

The thesis is devoted to the televisional bispectral instrument creation for measuring the melting zone parameters. The studies of the signal forming features were held. Physical model of the measuring signal was justified, based on which the mathematical model of the televisional instrument output signal was obtained. The method of experimental determination of the equivalent wavelength which is based on the use of СИ10-300 standard lamps was developed and approved. The method of temperature measurement which increases the accuracy of the large objects temperature measurement was proposed. A study of temperature measurement errors in the televisional bispectral pyrometer was held. The technique of the small changes assessment of the radiating ability ratio on the temperature measurement error was developed. A televisional bispectral pyrometer with using of the three-layer CCD witch reduces the error of measurement of the temperature fragments linear dimensions was developed and patented. The results of experimental researches of the televisional bispectral pyrometer based on NOVUS NVC-530 camera are presented.
