Dissertation covers significant psychological and educational issue of attention development in visually impaired preschoolers. Theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological, as well as social and psychological aspects of the problem proves that attention of visually impaired children develops under circumstances of dynamic activities in accordance with general regularities in mental development of a child, however due to limited visual perception has certain special features.
