Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the efficiency of the automated designing foundry processes increasing and to connect with it rejected casting percent drop by working out and introduction of new models and methods in CAD, events providing self-synchronization in subsystems of molding technological process. Techniques of computer and experimental CAD support are developed. Theoretical bases of the molding processes automated designing, providing self-synchronization of dynamic foundry systems and creating preconditions for maintenance of the events self-synchronization in them are offered. It is developed CAD "SAMOLIT", providing synchronization of events in subsystems.
