Dissertation is devoted to questions of on-line testing in modern simultaneous iterative array computing devices for approximate data processing. The graphic model, which defines area of increase in reliability of checking the results for the low probability of an essential error Pc by reducing of error detection probability, is offered. The models of the computing operation simplification in check and the models of the checked calculations execution. The models of extension of a sat of the detected faults are offered. The methods of checking the mantissas by simplified operation, are developed.
