Samoilenko B. The Regional Water Management Systems' Market Transportation Organizational and Economic Principles

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodological approaches and developing practical recommendations for market transformations of the regional water management systems. The scientific position concerning the formation of regional water management systems under market conditions is improved in this work. The principles, methods and assumptions of market transformation of the regional water management systems are solved here as well. The modern state regional water management systems, the national economy water resources analysis major trends, the water use evaluation economic efficiency in regions of Ukraine, Volyn Region water services operation are researched too. The regional water management systems' market transformation promising directions have been substantiated, water management of border facilities clustering model, agricultural and industrial regions is worked out and water management cluster formation mechanism has been suggested.
