The dissertation is devoted improvement of results of treatment of children with extensional transcondilar fractures of a humeral bone by a biomechanical substantiation of a technique closed reduction bone fragments and features immobilization, and also working out the orthosis for fixing of the arm, which allows to carry out the control for flexional and supinational forearm position.
