Essay

Thesis is devoted to the problem of X-ray luminescence and X-ray conductivity of ZnSe. At first the simultaneous measurements of X-ray-induced conductivity and X-ray luminescence, photoconductivity and photoluminescence, relaxation of the current and phosphorescence, thermally stimulated conductivity and thermally stimulated luminescence of mono- and polycrystalline ZnSe samples. For the first time it is offered the kinetic model of X-ray-induced conductivity for wide-gap semiconductors.
