Essay

It have been created the diffuse-dynamical model and on its basis the combined diffraction diagnostic method have been worked out using deformation-thickness dependencies of both the jump in the K-absorption edge region of the integral X-ray scattering intensity and the integral intensity with Laue diffraction in bend crystals with several types of defects. It permit to resolve the problem of multiparametric diagnosi.
