The dissertation is devoted the new concept of treatment of the rupture of distal syndesmosis and experimentally-biomechanical substantiation of a principle fixation of syndesmosis, keeping physiological mobility of fibula. We analyzed biomechanical fea-tures of function of an ankle joint and foot, a mobility of fibula and a role of syndesmo-tic ligaments on syndesmotic stability.
