Essay

Objects are heating processes of submersible motor under its operating conditions. Purpose is growth of serviceability of submersible motors by functional diagnostics upon mathematical model of insulation resource consumption. Methods are equivalent heating circuits, solutions of differential equation with help of operator method, matrix solutions, symmetrical components of three-phase system method, general and symbolic methods of linear electric circuits' solution. Novelty: development a heat theory of transient period of submersible electric motor as heterogeneous system in a part of temperature determination of winding and time constant of the heating. The algorithm of parameters determination of submersible motors as a system of three bodies was designed. It was offered to use a factor of electric energy losses and consumption of insulation resource factor as criteria for submersible motor mode diagnostics. There was offered a mathematical model of submersible motors' functional diagnostics with parameters motivation. Results is the arrangement for device documentation design using for diagnostics of submersible motors' mode. The device was introduced in Kamenskoye management of water facilities in Zaporozhye region, Genichesk management of water sewage in Kherson region. Industry is an agricultural production.
