Kvaktun О. Investment-ecological strategy of sustainable development of region

Thesis research is devoted to development of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of the recreation of socioecologoeconomic regional systems on the base of strategy of the real ecological investments (REI). Methodical approaches are grounded on «pressure-state-reaction» semantic model using and the role of REI as a basic factor of recreation socioecologoeconomic regional systems. The method of genuine saving index calculation is developed at regional level and quality of sustainable development of Ukrainian regions is analyzed with application of it. An estimation and analysis of level of sustainable development of regions of Ukraine and districts of the Dnepropetrovsk’s region is carried out with the use of the unique index. The program of the sustainable design & buildingas way of real ecological investments realization at the Dnepropetrovsk’s region is elaborated. The prognosis of this program realization is carried out to 2022 years with application of cyclic model of the real welfare of region. The organization-economic mechanism of realization investment-ecological strategies of sustainable development of region is developed.
