Essay

The object - сhemical poisoning in rats with paracetamol. The aim is to find out the features of lipid and fat acid profile, pro- and antioxidant balance in the blood of rats 1-, 6- and 12-month old with paracetamol intoxication during injection of drug "Enterosgel" and nutritional supplement "Alpha+оmega" and developing new method of violations' correction. Methods - biochemical (chromatography, spectrophotometric), statistics (the method of variation statistics using the Student t-criterion). Novelty - as a result of the studies a greater content of total lipids, triglycerides, cholesterol and its fractions in 6 and 12-month animals than in the 1-month and less intact in affected animals was founded. It's discovered the revealed significant decrease of the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, particularly omega-3 family, and increased the relative content of saturated fatty acids, mainly by content of stearic acid, in the plasma of rats in all age groups with paracetamol intoxication. It was determined the increase ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids families omega -6 and omega -3 of lipids composition in blood plasma of 1-, 6- and 12-month rats with paracetamol intoxication and its decrease after nutritional supplement of enterosorbent "Enterosgel" and "Alpha+оmega". It's set the high cytoprotective properties of nutrition supplement of "Alpha+оmega", that are more effective after modeling of paracetamol intoxication in rats than before simulation this pathology.
