Essay

Object - screw clutch devicec for fastening the thin-walled billets on metal-cutting tools. Aim - decreasing of deforations the thin-walled articles while being proccesed due to manufacturig the clutch devices with elastic screw elements. Methods - the theory of elasticity, engineering creativity. Novelty - it's the first time when the formalization of the structural schemes of clutch patterns using the algebra and logic in the form of binary code consisting of x and y of provisional chromosomes and structural forms. The result of the reseach are introduced at Ternopil publicly traded company "Ternopil combine-building plant ". Branch - mechanical engineering and metal processing.
