Essay

The object of the research is a process of serve of working liquid by a cog-wheel pump. The purpose of the research is an increase of technical level of the cog-wheel pump by the increase of its functional serving possibilities by the search of rational parameters of the toothed hooking of a rocking knot. Methods of the research and equipment: in the process of the research the author used the theory of the cog-wheel pump, the theory of the evolvent hooking, numerous methods of calculation of analytical dependences, that allowed to develop theoretical bases of increase of serve of the cog-wheel pump (CWP). The theory of errors was implied during the experimental research of the CWP with an increased serve, and processing of the experimental data was done with the help of the data processing methods and mathematical statistics, that allowed to provide adequacy and authenticity of the theoretical results according to experimental research. The stand "Vsetin" with the use of link dynamometer DS1036-4/N was used during the experimental researches for the research of basic technical descriptions of cog-wheel pumps and stand "SYN-25" was used for the sped-up stand resource tests. Theoretical and practical results: The method of search of rational parameters of the toothed hooking of rocking knot has been developed, and also practical recommendations of planning of cog-wheel pumps with an increased serve enabled to promote the serve of cog-wheel pump. The above proposed practical recommendations are realized in capable of working constructions of cog-wheel pumps with an increased serve, which allow to decrease overall sizes and mass of the cog-wheel pump up to 10-15%, that promotes the competitiveness of CWP. Novelty: The improved physical and mathematical model of the process of serve of cog-wheel pump, the peculiar feature of which is the double nature of the process of serve. It enabled to discover that one of perspective directions of increase of serve lies in the diminishing of negative constituent of process of serve of working liquid; The coefficient of the use of cog-wheels crowns volume was offered as the estimation of perfection of the cog-wheel pump rocking knot toothed hooking parameters according to a serve , that allowed to define direction of subsequent research on the way of maximal increase of cog-wheel pump serve; The method of search of rational parameters of the rocking knot toothed hooking after a serve has been offered , that enabled to increase the serve of cog-wheel pump up to 20 - 35 % The degree of introduction: The research results are being introduced at "Hidrosila", the city of Kirovohrad, and are also used in the educational process of the Kirovohrad national technical university. Sphere of the use: The production of cog-wheel pumps relates to engineering industry. Cog-wheel pumps are widely used in different machinery such as mining, roadbuilding, planebuilding and agricultural equipment.
